The location was excellent to view the solar eclipse as it was next to the park, and the location near the river was very nice. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was quite helpful and friendly.

The outdoor dining option was appreciated. We ate our breakfast on the patio. The coffee was fresh and plentiful.

I was surprised there was NO Uber to move to a little father places and my return back to Cincinnati airport was complicated.

My husband and I met when we both went to miami u , 46 years ago, here for celebrating 45 year anniversary. We had plans to stay at lodge, but they were overbooked we are soo glad. We loved comfort inn.
We went shopping at the old WILD BERRIES, and Birdies Antique Store. The campus is beautiful, we live close and are definitely returning . We went to Hueston Woods sunday and hiked, then back to downtown and met the college kids, boy, did I ever look that young.? Great bunch of young people, even taught me things I didn't know my smart phone was capable of. Thanks to the town of Oxford

Oxford is a wonderful college town in a peaceful rural setting. It is home to a top shelf university filed with high achieving students, faculty and staff. Lots to do, but not many places to stay, so book early!

Oxford is a great college town!
Oxford is a great college town! Miami University is beautiful and High Street has some cute shops and restaurants geared toward college kids and their families. We love bringing our son to school or coming to visit him. What Oxford needs though is more hotels that are decent to stay at. There are only a few hotels in or near Oxford and many of them are quite old and run down. These hotels are able to charge a ridiculous amount of money for the most basic of hotels rooms and those of us coming to town are left with no choice but to pay...price gouging at its finest! It seems as if-for the price people pay for these rooms- the hotels should at the minimum be able to keep them updated, clean, and smelling fresh.
Oxford definitely needs more lodging with affordable rates. I'm glad Oxford Inn is under new management with plans in progress to bring the property up even beyond its current clean, comfortable, safe status. As a solo female traveler, now knowing what to expect, I would book here again.
Front desk staff very friendly. We were there to tour Miami University. At check in, she saying we were in town for the University and she gave me a campus map and a dining map.
The room was very clean with nice furniture.
Breakfast was nice and you could make a bag to go.
Close to town so I could walk. Premises were clean and my room was very quiet. Was eating away from the hotel so did not try the breakfast. Least expensive hotel in town; good value for the money compared to other hotels.
Close location to college. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and hot. Very clean hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was good size and nice. Felt safe. Good proximity to restaurants and gas station.
Great location in the park, next to the lake with hiking trails right outside. Wasn't sure what to expect of the rooms, but comparable to budget hotel and better than church retreats I've been to.
