The location seemed to be great, at least for what I needed. It was close to the interstate and a restaurant is in the same parking lot! It was easy to book and had ample amount of parking. The parking was free, which I appreciated.

The staff was really helpful and the kitchen was open late and I was even able to find something for my son who has celiac disease so that was a bonus.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. The place had dogs. The was a strong smell of urine and feces. There were spiders in the room. I had to kill a few. The office staff was missing a lot. We had to disinfect the room just to sleep in it. I would really appreciate my money back.

We were glad there were two of us to drive and navigate--also glad for the GPS. Traffic moves fast and you need to know your lane. Plenty of good places to eat and plenty of places to shop. We avoided some main attractions (Winterthur and Longwood Gardens because of weather. Convenient to Delaware City and New Castle.

One thing right off the bat. When we got there, they had no reservation for us. Somehow our reservation got cancelled by mistake, but the person at the desk corrected the mistake and found us a room. The guests had to deal with the hotel clerk thru a thick window and a small opening. There was no coffee available, and guests weren't allowed in the lobby. The first room we were given was like a giant ash tray filled with smoke. Then we were given a much better room.
