The front desk staff was nice.
The front desk staff was nice. The explanation for the towel's situation was if you wanted clean towels and washcloths, we had to bring the dirty towels up to the front and they will give us clean towels. I do not know if the bed sheets were laundered properly, but on the bed next to the window and air conditioner, there were spots on the bottom bed sheet. I was told that the housekeeper was not there, and it would take two people to change the bottom sheets. So, I asked for a sheet and had to place the sheet across the sheet and my son slept on the bed. Never in my life had I been in such a place that housed the homeless, but that is ok. I think that Booking.com needs to check out the hotels before sending customers in there.ElizabethUnited States of America
