Gen. MGR told booking.com in front of me a rate...and booking.com hit my card for more money. Even after I spoke with them...associate argued that the higher rate was correct...Gen. Mgr then took MY phone and told them IT Was NOT...still charged more money...I'll never use booking.com again

They were helpful and had great customer service skills. The location of this hotel is right off the highway and it is next to an outlet mall which was very convenient. It made for a pleasant stay.

The mattress and especially pillows were comfortable. Pillows appeared to be stuffed with real cotton not the synthetic material. Breakfast was very simple with coffee, cereals, yogurt and muffins. The food (example French toasts) was individually wrapped which is thoughtful in the time of Covid and RSV.

Normally these places aren't worth the time of day but this place with owners the location and the cleanliness and the pride make it a first class choice and very economical as well

You sent me the information that I have reserved a room and it turned out that Hotel 8 did not receive any information from you. It was 12.30 AM and I had to sleep in my car.
