Staff was friendly.
Staff was friendly. We expected WiFi we booked a room with a walk in shower. The television was small. We didn't have a walk in shower. The light bulbs in the lamp was burned our. The card reader on the door was hard to use.

Just run down and depressing.
Just run down and depressing. Booking.com had incorrect room descriptions. We booked one room but had to get a second one when we arrived. Stained bathroom fixtures, peeling wallpaper, ripped, decaying chairs in the restaurant, rooms that stank like smoke.

I have travelling a lot in the World and I have never seen a hotel like this one. During our staying (from 07/15 to 07/19) nobody came and gave a full cleaning to our room at all. Only 07/17 one person came to clean the bathroom, after I asked the front desk persons and the person in charge of room cleaning many times. except this nobody came to clean our room at all. The only explanation I got is: ""too many rooms need to be cleaned"". This is the first time I picked this hotel, I believe this also is the last time.Danian GuUnited States of America
