This wasn't a vacation stay and Brooklawn isnt really a vacation destination. It's a small town and due to recently having been expected to move into a rental I signed a lease for Sept 15 only to now being homeless with my dog since the property failed it's inspection and I already paid deposit and now on motel stays on a fixed income makes trying to find and afford another deposit for a new place really hard

Brooklawn was good place to stay close to shopping and to go around w the kids. Pool was perfect and big very fun and safe.
Hotel staff could be better. We ask for clean towels and staff refuse to give out more. Room wasn’t clean and was bed bugs on our room.
We stay for two days and no one came over for offer they help or ask if we was needing anything.
They need better cleaning.
Lobby staff was good and helpful
The property was absolutely horrible. There was cockroaches everywhere. The hotel did not give a shit either when I brought it to their attention. The dude handed me a mop and said here you go. I will be posting these cockroach pictures all over So people know and do not stay here. It’s a disgrace to public health. And I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I liked how close the hotel was to Philly. It wasn't in a busy area and was easy to find off the 76. We had a few issues with the room and the staff got us into a new room. The heat in the new room worked well and the bed was comfortable despite the company needing to invest in their facility.
