My comments are just related to our stay at the hotel Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - NE - I-270. It is our opinion that the hotel's breakfast is over-hyped. It was a pleasant experience, I believe breakfast could have been better. More choices for breakfast would have been great. Room was spacious but, shower could have used a light overhead. I would recommend staying here to my friends.AAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0
When we first got there the room was filthy.
When we first got there the room was filthy. Curtains were torn in several places and caked with an unknown substance. Tape all over theh wall. TV did not work as they had upgraded a week prior. Stated they had the TV to replace but did not get around to putting it in the room. We spent the night as they did not have another room available until the next day. The next room key card did not work and we had to have the front desk always let us in. The room still was not cleaned. The floor had crumbs all over and was not vacuumed. The curtains were dirty as well. Smelled of something dirty the whole time. I tried to tell them and the only response and reasoning I got were that in December they are set to remodel the rooms. I have tried to call the General Manager several times and have not called back. I call and get hung up on most times. I do not recommend this place.

Gahanna is a nice area to visit. Trying to get to any restaurants was a little bit confusing but they do have a lot of the normal restaurants you will find in any city, so picky eaters have a good selections.

When we got to the hotel at 12:30 am we got informed that we were marked No Show😳. This is not what you want to here after been on and off airplanes for 24 hrs 😉.I asked them to look closely at my notes in reservation. The front desk respond was “ I didn’t read the notes” .
