This hotel is very clean and quiet.
This hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Super friendly! The transactions were smooth with no issues and it made for a great weekend getaway for cheer competitions in Troy.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was fine and we are picky. Toiletries were minimal to non existent. Clean and protected real glasses would be more reassuring in Covid conditions. Minimal soap seems unnecessarily cheap. Room itself was fine and was what we expected. Issues seem somewhat trivial but so easy to fix. In the past I travelled a great deal with significant stays in Hilton hotels. Critique is offered constructively

Loved the location of the hotel.
Loved the location of the hotel. We were in town to visit with family and the location was perfect. We ate dinner at Logan's Roadhouse, which was out of a few items on their menu. So I wouldn't recommend this location unless they have new management to fix their shortages on menu items. The next morning we had brunch at Frishes which was GREAT and the service was awesome. We did some local shopping, which was really nice and the cashiers were super friendly.

We very much enjoyed our stay with this hotel... It was very clean and staff was very nice and let us keep the same room.... We stayed at this hotel for at least 3 weeks so it was very easy to get to our job site....ChristopherUnited States of America

We were so happy to find this hotel last minute. Very clean, very friendly, very quiet, comfy rooms with plenty of space for 2 adults and two teenage girls.
