This is a great bargain for a high-quality hotel. The room was great; the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space, and just about everything worked. There was a small closet with a shelf and also a bar with hangers. Plenty of towels, four pillows for the king-sized bed. Towel bars in the bathroom that were sturdy. The shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. Mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave both worked great. The desk, lamps, and desk chair were functional, and, in the case of desk and chair, comfortable. We really appreciated the noon checkout time. Breakfast was fine: eggs and sausage, toast, waffles, cereal and milk, coffee and tea, yogurt and muffins. There's lots of nice grassy areas around the hotel to walk the dogs, and they did have a dog poop station with poop bags and a designated trash can. Really great. Also, the view of the mountains from the property is fantastic. Wow. Easy to find from the freeway, but not too noisy inside. There were other dogs on our hallway, but not right next to us, so they didn't get on each other's nerves. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Not much. Luckily only one night here. Not in Provo itself, right by busy highway, unattractive area (except for the mountains behind), not near restaurants. We drove 10 mins to eat.

Our flight was delayed so contacted owner on late arrival. She was so NICE! She followed up the next morning to make sure we made it and everything was great with our apartment. This place is an historic building with a great renovation. It was remodeled to give you modern amendities while keeping the integrity of the original architectual structure. After check out owner again contacted us just to make sure we were happy with our stay. Amazing place and service. Owner also recommended some great hikes and places to eat. Great experience for our first part of vacation in Utah!!!
