When we inquired about using the pool; we were told that the pool was closed for maintenance. We went back to our rooms; only to see other people using it when we looked outside our hotel room window. The beds were not comfortable at all. Would not recommend

Sesame place was ok, my 5 yr old had fun...I just wouldn't stay at the Springhill Suites across the street from it. No housekeeping, rooms and couch bed are filthy, continental breakfast was the bare minimum, no hot food; prepackaged items only. Parking isn't free at the hotel either, it's only $10 cheaper than parking at Sesame Place. Do yourself a favor and pay a lil extra and park at Sesame Place and stay at another hotel...but if you're not concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel and only concerned about the location, then you'll be OK with this hotel. Please read the other reviews expressing my same concerns. I stayed during 4th of July weekend 2021, booked for 3 nights but I only stayed for 2, I couldn't take another night there.

The place was very clean, organized and beautiful. Our only issue was the coffee machine. It was dirty and we could tell it hadn't been clean for a long time. Besides this, our stay was excellent. Also keep in mind that breakfast is from 7-9 so wake up early. We forgot and didn't get to eat breakfast but that was our fault. I highly recommend staying here.

We went to Sesame Place and spent the night nearby. Sesame Place was great, though a different experience due to Covid. Some attractions were closed, but our 4yo was clueless and wouldn't have had the stamina for more anyway.
We had dinner at Outback Steakhouse where they had a wealth of outdoor seating set up (with the option to dine inside). We did have a hiccup with the service, but they were quick to make it right and the steak and wine was fantastic. We picked Outback because from the road, we saw the huge outdoor dining setup.
We drove there from NYC. Sesame Place, the Holiday Inn Express and Outback Steakhouse are all a stone's throw from one another. Outback is in a larger shopping complex. We didn't have time to shop, but I suppose it could be convenient if we needed something.

The staff was excellent- the rooms was comfortable as was the living area on the main floor. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only issue is that it is not walker friendly- on a main road. Driving is easy - and fairly close to other sites in the area. Restaurant lovely and breakfast was an abundant amount of food.
The location was very peaceful and quiet. The front desk receptionist was the icing on the cake. Her customer service was beyond five stars she needs a raise. She welcome my family with open arms. Her smile and hospitality will never be forgotten. Y'all need to promote her or give her a raise. If all hotels had front desk people like this they would have returning customers.
Cost less than surrounding hotels
Head of housekeeping went the extra mile to help me-carried my grandbaby's pack n play down 3 floors all the way to my car.
Was concerned with this "cheaper" hotel reputation that there would be more trouble during New Year's Eve stay, but there wasn't a lot of ruckus.
This hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Sesame Place - you can just walk over and be there in 3-5 minutes. There is plenty of parking spaces and rooms are roomy enough. This was our second visit and we booked a similar room to last time, given our previous positive experience.
Hotel in general was chosen due to its proximity to Sesame Place. 2 minute drive. Rooms were clean however needs updating. To our surprise, hotel pool and hot tub were filthy. Not a standard held by Sheraton hotels. Disappointing but staff was friendly and efficient upon check-in.
It’s the BEST shower I have ever used in a hotel. As a matter of fact my 15 year old teenage son showered 2x because he liked it so much! Room was spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable!
Nice comfortable rooms with everything you need on a business trip. The hotels nearby are all geared to families visiting Sesame place with all their ups and downs. This is a very nice place for business travelers.
Everything was clean. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. We were a big group and the accommodations were sufficient for all of us. The pool facilities were nice as well. Highly recommend.
We wanted a place that was close to Sesame Place and restaurants. This hotel fit the bill. It was clean, the desk attendants were very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
