Breakfast was great. Staff could be aittle more accretive in policies. We had a group of baseball boys running up.and down the halls knocking on doors and running most of the night. They came down to pool throw8ng a football and hitting people. Said something to th3 staff mutilple times they said they would say something.

Location was great with good food options close.

Location was great with good food options close. Convenient to get to. Sad was friendly. Our room was extremely dirty!! We did not take showers that night or day of leaving because there were dusty shoe prints on floor of shower as well as black thick curly hair in drain and on walls. We did not even eat the breakfast because we were not sure how clean that was. There were big holes in screens at desk and in our room. Was very disappointed :(

    We enjoyed the hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel. We were disappointed with the Red Shack Bar B Que. I checked the menu and prices were reasonable, but when we got there they charged a la carte for everything, even items on the menu which showed they included 2 sides. A la carte for 1/2 rack ribs, onion rings and mac n cheese. Sides were not included. Charged separately for every item. My sister's bill came to $26.00 for 1/2 rack ribs, onion rings and mac n cheese and a large tea. Should have been $18 plus the drink. More like $20, if charged the amount on the menu, which included the sides. They got the bar b que sauce wrong too. I paid $16.30 for a pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw and a large coke. Menu showed the sandwich should have been $8.99 by itself, and I thought it should include the slaw. The place is run by Mexicans and we really felt like our treatment there was kind of weird. The bar b que was stringy too. Not a quality meal, which you would expect to get for spending that much money. We will not be back. I don't recommend it.

    Marysville was nice.

Marysville was nice. If you know people and want them to come visit at the hotel forget it. We were accused of having my daughters friends staying with us. It was just a bad thing at the hotel from day one. We left and went to another motel and was treated so much better.

    I loved the area!

I loved the area! Very pretty town and most the people in the businesses were friendly aside from some of the staff at big lots who didn’t seem too friendly in passing (which was odd to me and not something I’m particularly used to in a store). The American legion park across the street from Tubbys pizza was very nice, easy parking access and clean facility and we loved that there was a Tim Hortons in town as well as Boston’s which was just okay but not worth the money you’ll spend! The Ohio caverns are just a half hour drive and were beautiful, I highly recommend venturing over there as well! Our hotel didn’t meet my expectations in regards to convenience and amenities, but the staff was excellent and the room was fairly clean for having no room service and it being a pandemic, I’m hopeful they’re much better ran when it’s not in the middle of a pandemic but overall would rate the holiday inn express suites a five but if you’re just needing a clean place to crash at night and don’t need rooms serviced or anything it’s okay for that purpose-I wouldn’t recommend for a large family in the current pandemic state, however I loved how gracious and friendly the staff were and social distance was in place for the most part-except there wasn’t much advisory or control over the pool (I would definitely have no jumping signs and be aware it’s not for diving nor jumping as it’s only 4ft deep). Traffic isn’t bad at the height of rush hour either and it’s beautiful driving downtown in their little city and overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return.

Absolutely perfect! The rooms were quite large and really nicely laid out! Loved the curtain to separate the couch/sitting area! I was worried about location, but Marysville is an awesome little town! Our destination was the Ohio Caverns which are about 30 minutes from Marysville, but this couldn’t have worked out better! I highly recommend the Japanese hibachi place across the street!

Super 8 motels sometimes gonna be not so nice but with this one being in a nice town like Marysville. It was a very nice super 8 no drunk people running around or noisy kids running up-and-down the hallways or doors slamming at 1 2. O'clock in the morning so it was a good experience

This hotel was very nice, a typical recently-built hotel in part of Marysville off the highway with other hotels next door. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Delicious cinnamon rolls in the morning. :)

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. If you want adjoining rooms you need to call the hotel. We didn't know that but they were able to get it for us. Big thanks to them
