Continental breakfast was good. Staff should be attending better. Hot water had dark spots in it so I left the cup.

Looked done over. Room looked good but at 4:30am in morning a good size beetle crawled across my lips. I jumped up quick so grossed out the rest of night. I tried to kill it. I could see it on white duvet and just felt so itchy after that. I didn’t want to wake my husband or dog so when I ran to bathroom for tissue to kill it, then it was gone. Shook out entire bedding couldn’t find it. Bothered me all night couldn’t sleep. We have stayed there 2-3 times before with no problems. I really wanted to leave during the night.

The staff was awesome! Frankly, the two women at the front desk were some of the best hotel staff we’ve ever met. They went way beyond what we normally experience with hotel employees. We will stay there again on our next visit to Flemington.
