The Pershing Heights property exceeded our expectations--it's not the typical hotel, but our room was spacious, very comfortable, very clean, and offered everything we needed. The bathroom was big and modern--nicer than we find in the hotel chains we stay in. The staff we met were awesome--just nice people. It's located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, convenient to highways. We were glad we chose to stay here!

It was in a nice neighborhood - I think it's neat that it was an old neighborhood school that was renovated. The comfort and cleanliness were outstanding, especially considering the very reasonable price we paid. Steve was very welcoming and accommodating - thank-you!

The owner was amazing. He was so kind and attentive. I’ve stayed at a handful of rooms like this and this was by far my fav. The bed was comfortable too, which is so hard to find.
