But room are clean … The shuttle experience is a huge mess with waiting time more than an hour spent at the airport, no shuttle next morning even if they took more than 20 min to scheduled one, no help for anything, no bills at the end either by computer or paper even when I asked etc No place to eat

The Acme grocery store next to the Kenilworth hotel is excellent. People seemed to be very friendly. I needed to pick up some items from the Walmart about 2 miles away, easy drive, and it was a great experience. Easy drive, and very helpful and friendly employee at the pickup area.

We love the kenilworth.
We love the kenilworth. It is always clean and the staff members we came in contact with are very nice and good at what they do. The furnishings are up to date and parking is free and easy. We also appreciate the free airport shuttle.

Rather big rooms, clean, with everything you could ask for in a hotel like this, a really nice supermarket and Star Bucks coffee-shop (in the supermarket) in walking distance (although I realized too late there was a breakfast-stall in the hotel in the morning, which we didn't try out). Close to major roads, we didn't hear a thing. Would stay there again!

The room was comfortable and very clean as well. Highly recommend. The location is convenient although by the highway, so not great views or anything but that hardly mattered.
