This is the first time I have been in Jamaica and I had only one day and one night there so I did not have much exploration in this place. My impression was the community here mainly are the colored residents.

Everything was absolutely awful. Complete false advertising.

Everything was absolutely awful. Complete false advertising. Black Mold, hairs, nail clippings, dirt all over floor. 7 keys on one keychain to unlock 2 doors. Noisy, old food in fridge. Nobody to talk to for information. In the middle of the ghetto. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I don't have any bad say about Jamaica area however my big frustration for my staying at this hotel is the fact that I was charged twine for my staying and despite my many attempts to get it sorted out, I still don't know if I get my money back as promised upon my check in. I the management will step in and help with this situation.

The room looks like the one I booked, it appear to,be,looking, clean, but the smell was a turn off, the linen looks clean but smell like dirty ,body sweat, the room smell so bad, that I have to mop it with bleach and soap, I have to go shopping for, comfort and pillow case to use on the bed, the room was cold, the microwave and fridge was dirty. The room is ok, but the house keeping are very poor. The linen and comforter was not freshly clean.

you get what you pay for.

you get what you pay for. Really close to the airport but when i got in with several bags, it was just easier to take a cab then to try to figure out the shuttle. The room was clean and did the job but know it's not the Marriott. The staff checking in and when I woke up were really nice (in fact awesome) but on the check in, the other gentlemen (maybe the owners) were too concerned about parking than to notice i could use a little assistance with the stairs (no elevator in the lobby).

    We would stay again!

We would stay again! The hotel is not near site seeing destinations; however, the hotel shuttle bus driver offered to take us back to the airport so that we could hop on the train which costs a little over $2 per person to explore New York. We were all tired and decided to order pizza deliver (flyer available at the front desk, upon check in) and relax prior to our early morning flight. The team at the hotel were very informative, helpful and kind. Thank you for your hospitality!!!
