Was not impressed with the staff, breakfast was featured as a free benefit, yet there was none. Hairdryer was broken and no alternative was offered. Blackout curtains were 4 inches too short, so sunlight streamed to the room at daybreak. This was especially annoying, since my flight was six hours delayed and I was looking forward to a restful sleep. Staff was great!
Staff was great! Allowed us to check in early without prior arrangements which made it extremely convenient! We were able to spend the entire day on the beach AND than we were able to spend the evening on the Coney Island Boardwalk :-)

Our room was clean (no bad smell), convenien (10 minutes to family), and the bed was comfortable. The people I had interchange with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly as we expected in the price range of the room. Would stay there again!
