Modern, spacious and clean room, friendly front desk,...
Modern, spacious and clean room, friendly front desk, excellent working air conditioning, large work station for computer with comfy chair, firm beds, Keurig coffeemaker, bathroom with large shower, generous area for toiletries, etc.
Only frustration was bathroom did not have any ventilation. Solved by placing towel so door, which was heavy, could stay open.
We didn't have the buffet breakfast. There are couple diners, an IHOP, McDonalds, that are within 10 minutes from hotel.

2) Gave me a room with 1 bed instead of 2
Once complained to booking.com, , they rectified these issues.
3) charged double the money for the first night stay. $120 more than what I paid at Holiday inn times square with city view!
The only thing that I enjoyed was the outside patio and fireplace. The rest of the hotel was dirty and the amenities were not working. I had zero hot water, electricity went out, couldn't charge my phone, couldn't shower, couldn't have an air conditioner in 80+ degree heat. It was the worst stay of my life- and now I have to drive 6 hours on little to no sleep back home.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, the guy at the front desk was professional and friendly. Loved the staff, loved the room. Rooms were not too big but they were good, and everything was wonderful
Reception area very lovely. Check in friendly and efficient. We were upgraded. The room was spacious and very well lit. Loved the new flooring instead of carpeting. Bedding very nice.
