The staff is really nice and provide really great customer service. The biggest issue is the rooms were filthy especially the restroom. Pee dripping on the toilet number two droppings on the toilet stains on the carpet filthy tub...nasty.

What I liked the most was the tranquility and quiet time I was looking for. The access to the mall and quick needs I wanted was quite pleasing. Due to the pandemic, I ended up ordering out and that turned out to be quite satifying as well. It was an all around pleasant experience.

I hadn't known that the restaurant was under construction.
I hadn't known that the restaurant was under construction. I was so sorry it wasn't open. IT SOUNDED GREAT.
And, because I thought it was closed, I didn't realize that you had a lovely hot buffet breakfast the next morning, and I missed it. 😩
The rooms are gorgeous, and the windows open!!
To have the choice is so rare today, I would come back for just that!!
And Livingston is a lovely area, with a variety of great restaurants.
If you feel like eating in, the hotel will pick up your food!! They also have a free shuttle!!
And the rates for all of this are surprisingly reasonable.
Have a beautiful stay!! I did!!

Livingston is a very nice area.
Livingston is a very nice area. There is plenty of nearby stores that can get you practically anything you want. We are not big Duncan Donut people but there is a Starbucks nearby. They ask if getting around Livingston is easy on this review...it's New Jersey...the roads suck everywhere.
I had to change rooms due to the ceiling falling and ac Was dirty front desk did change our room once I came with pictures of the issues we changed rooms. Just to get a better constructed room however the bathroom tub would not drain. I was forced to check out early and head to a near by hotel and shower with my family. The facility employees were dealing with customers. I did an express check out to check in and get my vanity ready for our trip.
It was an inconvenience I’m requesting a full refund. From this property
Not sure why this hotel has such mediocre ratings.
It's clean, super comfortable beds (I didn't want to move in the morning and plan to ask what beds they are)
The staff are super nice.
It's modern.
Big spacious rooms.
We were on our way to Ithaca to visit in laws since we live in Italy. I think we found our hotel for our post flight stop over.
a disappointment. they had to relocate me to another room because the room assigned was dirty and smelly and they acted like they were doing a favor upgrading the room.
I would not spend a dime at this hotel again
The staff were very helpful and mice. The breakfast was excellent also. The hotel restaurant is very posh. The lobby is welcoming. I had a deluxe room and it was quite nice.
I did not have breakfast at this hotel. I made a point of driving to one of several diners in the area. Their choice of food was much better and cost less.
