I was in town on business for one night only so what I did...
I was in town on business for one night only so what I did see of Elko was a nice town with a good choice of restaurants and Casinos if that's your thing, traffic was not congested so it was easy to get around. I have to return later in the month so I will allow myself some time to check out the town a little better.

Not my type of town, casinos were smaller than Wendover which had a better vibe overall, but nearby Ruby mountains were amazing. Odeh’s Mediterranean Restaurant has great food! Just be sure if you’re ordering by phone you don’t call Odeh’s Mediterranean *Kitchen*—which is on the east coast ;-) Love BJ Bull’s Cornish Pasties and Pies! Always worth a stop. Try the Beef and Mushroom Pasty. Northeastern Nevada Museum is a fun stop, and close to a very nice park as well. Elko doesn't have the traffic congestion you find in large...
Elko doesn't have the traffic congestion you find in large cities, the restaurants had good choices and prices, it was easy to find your way around. We really like the Star restaurant for dinner, great food.

Its 8.45hours to this motel and I found this a convenient place to take a break. The hotel is good. Its maintained clean during this covid-19 situations and I felt its worth my investment. Its situated adjacent to Travelodge and very next to i-80. Bathrooms are maintained clean. Beds were good.. however I sanitized the room on my own for my safety.. Overall I recommend this hotel if you have a long drive ahead of you.

The manager suggested us places to eat late at night and gave us tips on our travels for the next day. Rooms were super clean and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was super powerful and there was a big TV in our rooms. It was such good value for money, most definitely would stay here again. Probably the best service and value for money hotel we have stayed in so far during our travels.

I've stayed here many times over the 15 years I've done work there. Very friendly and accomodating staff.... comfortable beds... good pressure in shower with plenty of hor water.... Several nice restaurants within walking distance... and a shopping center with supermarket, clothing stores etc. It's right off of I-80 so easy in and out.
