This resort and the room exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, the location was perfect being right on the beach. We saw dolphins playing in the ocean from our deck. Since it a studio all the amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend.

The beachfront room, had fantastic views!!
The balcony was enjoyable, and the room was quite pleasant! Everything was clean, and working including the heat, mini refrigerator, microwave, etc!
The room was also fully stocked with clean glasses, plates, etc for convenience! The bed linens were clean, & comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked! The warm shower was appreciated!
Our stay was most enjoyable!

They have direct access to the beach which is very nice and cabana boys that will put up umbrellas and chairs. Staff was nice location was good. I didn’t feel the accommodations were what I was led to believe in the photos. Tiny tiny bathroom & barely a kitchen , kitchen facilities lacking , pull out couch extremely uncomfortable tv noisy. I thought I booked first floor facing the ocean and we got second floor facing the trees

What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean...
What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean on a winter weekend. Although not able to utilize the beach, for me, there is nothing more relaxing than waking up to the ocean. I don't need to be in it, just need to see it. Since i enjoy the off season quietness, i have no dislikes. perfect weekend.

Ejoyed the beacj Since the location is right at he beginning of Montauk it is mot as crowded as downtown Montauk. It is an easy trip by car to downtown for great food . The lighthouse at the end of the highway is also a beautiful spot.
