Great Staff and very clean room.

Great Staff and very clean room. They also have a air purifier in the room. Maybe it's just me but when you walk into a hotel room and there is a faint smell of cleaning products it makes me instantly smile looking the room is clean!!!!!!

    DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT STAY HERE! My room had the ceiling paint chipping right over the bed and when I brought it to the staff attention they downgraded us to an even worse room, you couldn’t close the shower curtain to shower, the bathroom door was damaged, the beds were old and the bottom edges were sticking out, the hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures, terrible experience.

We Like how clean the room was.

We Like how clean the room was. We Were able to order from the hotel bar for dinner, some pizza, chicken wings. The indoor pool having the hot tub. Loving the 24 hours Coffee. Loving to have breakfast. The breakfast Schedule is a little bit early 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Until 10:00 AM on weekends. That was a little bit challenging, but it was OK.

This hotel is perfect for vacation in the Poconos.

This hotel is perfect for vacation in the Poconos. Price in great. This hotel is located close to everything you would want on vacation. The shopping mall is 5 minutes drive. aThe groceries @ restaurants are 2mins drive. The brand name outlets is 7mins drive which has 100 outlets brand like coach to Columbia. All you can eat restaurant is literally 2mins drive and a 24hrs grocery with a beer garden and wine for sale. There is a winery , Mountain View vine winery just 10mins drive away the ambiance is awesome. Great wine tasting and a lot of Mountain View. Very Romantic and relaxing. Bushkill fall and Delaware water gap very close. Impeccable location for this hotel. The staff is very pleasant, especially Rennie. I had a problem with my room on the first floor which was a muggy smell and in my booking I had requested a second floor room. She immediately took care of that and got me a microwave for the room. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service. The next day the 6/27/19 my room was not touched up by housekeeping. I spoke to Rennie and she apologized and gave me fresh towels. On 6/27/19 I spoke to house keeper Carmen. She took care of my room without hesitation. Customer service is very important in a business and there will always be short comings but when it is handled in a respectful and apologetic manner, it means a lot to the customer. That was delivered by Rennie and Carmen. The hotel has a bonus of a restaurant and bar. Amazing. The lobby has kids games and the continual breakfast was fabulous. The best indoor pool was very relaxing. The only recommendation is , on the door tag it should note if you need housekeeping Service. Fantastic hotel. Safe as well. I definitely will stay there again.

Looking for a one night stay close to route 80 while searching homes in the Pocono area. The hotel lobby was clean but the staff was uninformed on as the hotel restaurant hours. They told us we could find the restaurant phone number in our room. I just believe the front desk employee should know this info. Also the rooms need to be updated. unimpressive!

Howard Johnson this weekend and the service and the pictures...

Howard Johnson this weekend and the service and the pictures was a misrepresentation of the facilities. The bed was so uncomfortable I can feel the springs and also my 2 year old daughter couldn't sleep. The picture indicated a casino which wasn't there. A dining room that serve food which wasn't there and the pool area look good online and was a disgrace. I actually drove by the hotel because even the outside was represented as the actual picture of the hotel. So the fact I couldn't sleep I checked out a day early from the hotel and would like my money back. I didn't stay and will not pay. I would of checked out the day after I check in but I purchased pass to a indoor water park. Also the manager was so rude from the time I checked in I booked two room and he was giving me a problem. Kernal Patel manager customer service was bad, customer service was unprofessional

The location is extremely convenient. I arrived at 1:30 a.m. after a very long day and was glad the hotel was so close to I-80. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. He could see that I was tired and told me he’d set me up for late checkout; I didn’t even have to ask.

If you’re a writer and have a writer’s block this hotel will inspire you to create horror story. The whole atmosphere reminded us about Silent Hill 2 and every horror movie about scary things happening at a hotel Without jokes the location is quite convenient - the facility is situated near highway

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life. The staff also has attempted to rip me off and grossly overcharge me. They did not charge my agreed upon rate but said, that is our nightly rate. Showing them I booked through Booking.com, they laughed and rolled their eyes at me.
