Dumpy hotels everywhere that are unclean and overpriced needing major updates and cleanliness standards seemed to be lower than the county we are from. People out in public sick, hacking at restaurants not much seems to be sanitized.

Convenient to restaurants and shopping.Carpet in room was filthy, turned socks black, no coffee, tea, or breakfast available, outside of toilet was dirty, no hairdryer, had to ask for kitchen utensils. Did have plenty of towels. Beds were hard.

Office personnel severely understaffed, had to go to the office 7 different times to get a remote for the tv and was told to go and wait in my room and no one would ever show up to help, finally got tired of waiting on staff to fix tv remote situation, I gave up. Office staff was rude and talked down to myself and other guests. Was told that somehow I was to blame for locking room door and staff could not gain access to my room while I was not there for them to fix my tv remote problem. Could not use the tv at all because I could not get the tv to turn on without a remote. Furniture had considerable damage to it and looked old and in need of replacement. Room was in dire need of maintenance in the bathroom and carpet cleaning. Sheetrock texture in shower coming down off the ceiling and above shower spout. Every time something was requested of office staff everything was blamed on Covid-19. Breakfast was reduced to a Twinkie and a bottle of water handed out in a brown paper sack.
I booked the king size bed and in the room details it never mentioned it having a jacuzzi tub but to our surprise it did and it worked very well. What a great surprise for our valentines weekend. The hotel was clean, had grab and go breakfast, vending machines, and is near anything you could want for food. We will stay again when we are in the area!
The staff person at the front desk on 11/4 & 11/5, was great! I can't remember their name, but they worked a double on 11/4 and still came back with great customer service on 11/5. Kudos to them! They were lowkey the best part of the hotel.
The warm and friendly atmosphere with very helpful staff. Everyone was warm, very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, and I just added the hotel to my list of favorite places to stay.
I liked that it was in a very convenient location right by the mall and shopping areas and alot of restaurants that's not in every state. The stuff was really nice and friendly 😊
