Room spacious. Some signs of wear like rust around sink drain, large paint chips, but overall very clean. Night desk clerk super nice and friendly, gave me a good dinner suggestion.

I think Knoxville needs restaurants that stay open later . I have been coming to Knoxville for years and that is about my only complaint there just isn't any places to dine out that stay open past 9 pm.

The only thing waking me up in the morning were the robin's chirping. The upstairs apartment felt spacious and was perfect for me traveling by myself. I appreciated the security of the property and how cozy it was, plus the great value!
