One staff member on the morning of my last 2 days was wonderful. I didn't get her name, but she had tatoos along her both arms., she was very pleasant and helpful.
Cleaning staff was also courteous.
surroundings were lovely, trees, cleanliness.

The room was shabby, not very clean, with holes in three walls. There is mold in the shower and a torn shower curtain.
People in the room next to us were fighting and noisy all night! We would never stay there again!
