Access road within property was unsafe….needs pot holes filed in….signage was also lacking…Room was spacious, Clean….and comfortable…..the restaurant was excellent and the wait staff excellent. Would suggest improving the continental breakfast….always the same “stuff.”…..should have coffee and tea available throughout the day.

The absolute worst experience.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The absolute worst experience.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!  I booked a suite two months in advance for my anniversary.  My wife has stage 4 carcinoid cancer with dietary restrictions, a kitchenette was an absolute necessity.  When we got there (and I had my reservation confirmation for the suite with a bunch of our own food), we were put in a small room with no mini-frig or anything!  When I contacted Todd, I was told "only room available".  I continued to message him and he would not respond.  We left the next morning (even though I paid for two nights) and still Todd would not respond.  You cannot charge someone for a suite and put them in a small room with no amenities!  And then not respond!  It was infuriating and insulting...and frankly ruined our anniversary.  I gave the Inn the benefit of the doubt and contacted them through their website a few days later, but still NO RESPONSE!  They obviously do not work with their guests, or care about your experience there.  They take your money and then ignore you.  Do not get ripped off like I did!
