THE LADY AT THE DESK never knowen her name but was very rude unfair and unprofessional she didn't want to her job as in she didn't want get sheets witch only asked for sheet once my whole stay and done a horrible job on cleaning the rooms and had unsafe items pulled far away from outlits and was plugged in a strip was very dangerous also the blankets were dirty contertops were not clean ALSO SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT GETTING DISCOUNTS from YOU guys at BOOKING.COM she said that she has to pay money into you guys and that she's NOT going to accept it if it's from YOUR website also she called me trouble and said that I'm bad news not even knowing me but how is she able to sit there and be unprofessional and call me that name is crazy to me and I really think that you guys need to look into this I would appreciate it thank you I will not be returning to that place!!!
