Veronica and Treniece were very welcoming...Calling location prior my arrival Veronica's friendly customer service was so welcoming it made me look for her upon arrival. Treniece made me feel everyone at this location was personable... Everyday the breakfast was different and delicious..

They were professional, courteous & very helpful with getting my 90 year old mother in & out of the car during the bad weather. They didn't have to do that but I appreciate that they did. The hotel in whole was clean & well maintained. The location was perfect for us. Close to the freeway, food, shopping & the hospital. I got way more than I expected, I will most definitely recommend this hotel & I will myself be back in the future.

It lacked soap to wash my hands, washcloths and after getting in bed, realized it didn’t have an extra blanket in closet. Perhaps it’s my fault in not knowing that this hotel is a temporary home to others. As a result of that, it doesn’t feel like a hotel. Great location, pleasant staff but the rest was just blah.

People leaving and coming throughout the night. It appeared to be more a hotel for locals to host parties, so drugs and who know what else. Disgraceful. Will never stay at this brand of property again.
