Meadville is a family home, so we visit as often as possible. we were there for a high school reunion an enjoyed good memories as we ate at Eddie's Footlongs, Hank's Frozen Custard and shopping/eating at the Market House.

We didn't get to explore much because we were there for a wedding. The banquet hall at the Italian club was a beautiful venue even though the building doesn't look like much from the outside. The main street had lots of interesting looking shops ,restaurants and bars and was attractive. we did not have time to go to anything but the wedding. It was easy to find and a short drive from our motel . Parking though was a problem because the club itself only has a small lot and with 150 wedding guests it was awhile to find a spot.

Very cute small town.
Very cute small town. I didn't get to explore much, but I liked what I saw. I especially enjoyed eating at the Hoss's buffet restaurant. Excellent steak and potato and wonderful salad bar and dessert bar. The staff was also really nice and took very good care of me.

Wouldn't let me pay cash cuz they didn't have change.
Wouldn't let me pay cash cuz they didn't have change. Toilet was leaking and they told me to wipe it up with towels. Told them next morning it was leaking bad so he finally changed me rooms. Room key wouldn't work took like 20 times before it would unlook. Toilet in new room was very dirty with mildew on the bowl. Was not pleased with stay at all....

The first town of Crawford County, Meadville, was a quiet town with many historic homes. It had historic area and a more modern highway area with easy access to Edinboro and Erie, as well as Pymatuning State Park, the largest lake in PA. Dining had many options, including well known chain restaurants and wonderful diners and local fare. We tried Silver Shores Diner on Lake Conneaut - delicious!!

Location was great for the travel-through route we were following from Florida to Toronto.
Despite seemingly favourable previous reviews, we found the hotel lacking in two important areas:
A) rooms had distinct and disagreeable door.
B) rooms had inadequate hot water supply, long time coming from their distant boiler, and even after more than 5 minutes running, too cool for comfortable bath or shower.
Clerk allowed us to inspect all available rooms at the time.
Did not stay, and will not in future.
location was good,,,breakfast was very average, room itself was EXTREMELY small , i m used to the new style bathrooms where the sink is in the actual bathroom,,,the shower head was about the only thing that was worth the money,,,also the toilet was very LOW,,,older people ,,older than even me would have trouble standing up,,,strange. thank goodness i ll never be back to meadville and if i am there,,,i wont be staying at your hotel,,,,,
Was there during the week-end to go see a music show at Party in the Pines (had a really great time at that venue and I highly recommend it). Even if the hotel was full it was still pretty quiet. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and the gave us our room a couple hours early with no extra charge since it was raining pretty hard at we were on motorcycle. We really appreciated this. Thanks for the stay!
Clean, loved that they had full size bottles of dove hand soap and lotion also full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, that was nice. I didn't end up using the pool but I liked that it was available, fitness center was small but nice, convenient for a hotel and breakfast was good had nice long hours. Also they had snacks after 4 like popcorn cookies and ice cream.
I'm sorry, but that I though the breakfast was a cop out and cheap. Every cheap hotel can have that. Plus booking my hotel in the future, depends atot on the breakfast served. We didn't have time or a place to go have a good breakfast. Also had to spend more money on food. Didn't care for the cheap breakfast. Would have paid more to have nicer full breakfast.
I travel a LOT for work and stay in a hotel 2/3 weekly. This absolutely was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. My towels and washcloths were filthy, I’m not exaggerating they were black. I almost slept in my car that’s how bad it was.
The staff was incredible. The front desk manager was very kind and accommodating with our family. The breakfast was fresh and we'll stocked. I would recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.
Everything was great! Complimentary cookies and beer. Pool and hottub were nice and clean. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel. Staff was super friendly.
Location was convenient to the trip planned. Good restaurant walkable. Breakfast included was a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and the hotel did appear clean.
