Front desk staff was rude and cussing while talking to me. Didn’t resolve my issues and overcharged me. Then yelled at me that it wasn’t his problem to call booking.com was never refunded the payment.

Colfax doesn't offer much to travelers but it is not far from Newton which is interesting. It is driving distance from Des Moines, Pella, and other interesting locations. It does have a couple of decent eating places but nothing at all up-scale.JamesUnited States of America

When I realized that I checked into the wrong location, I went to let microtel know what happened I was ready to change my payment option but they were VERY understanding and REFUNDED me all of my money!! For that, I will always pick them to stay with when I'm in the area again. Very honest and understanding!!LambUnited States of America
