The location of this hotel is the best thing about it!

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it! Everything else needs improvement. It is in dire need of an upgrade in all aspects. If you're passing through for a night or 2 ok. Any longer stay is not recommended. There is a target, Walmart, and dollar tree a block away so you can get cleaning supplies to clean the room.

    Finally...

Finally...This would be my 3rd time staying...1) Stay was AWESOME 2) Stay was TERRIBLE 3) Stay was AWFUL....No Dish Setup as Advertised....View was the back of Costco Store where trucks are loading/unloading....Got the 2nd Floor was a Disaster as I thought...The noise was unbelievable...in the hallway...Wake up to maintenance crew doing lawn @8:40 in the morning...The refrigerator kept making this loud irritating noise...On/Off...I had to sleep through this...Oh by the way the 2nd visit the Elevator was out for two days...I had to walk my things down 3 flights of stairs...I will probably be trying your Burr Ridge location...The front Desk personnel were rude and seemed as though were overworked???? Maybe just lazy...people spend alot of money alot of these things shouldn't happen....

Everything was within walking distance, it appeared to be a nice town, we only stayed a few days. Museums and aquarium are awesome!. Traffic could get overwhelming, but its Chicago so you should expect that Overall a nice experience. Will visit again.

Got in about 10 pm and crawled into bed only to discover the next morning that there was dayold poop on the top and bottom sheets of the bed. The manager accused my wife of causing the problem and she added that if we thought we were getting a discount that wasn’t happening She called the corporate office to explain what happened. At breakfast the attendant blocked access to the food bar with guests waiting while she unloaded two large boxes of cereal. The advertised WiFi did not work so we had trouble hailing UBER TO MAKE our exit. This was not Best Western More like worst Western. Not worthy of the chain’s name

We booked Extended Stay America because its a Pet Friendly Hotel. However, after driving fourteen long hours to Burbank IL, we were turned away by the hotel because they didn't have a room to accommodate my dog, because they wasn't aware a dog was included in my stay. HELLO!!! KEY WORD: PET FRIENDLY, is what it says on the website. There is no box to check for an attending pet. There Needs to be questions on the website that lets the customer include the pet information in the booking details, just as it has a box for the number of adults /children. My grandchildren and I were exhausted after the long ride and asked to use the toilet and the staff waiting on us said " The Restroom was Only For Customers". WOW!! The staff had no Hotels to Refer us to after refusing us a room and the toilet. And HIS lack of eye contact while talking with me said, "He didn't care". Customer service skills are very poor. Booking.com also should have a better questionnaire that allow you to include Pets as a traveling companion. Both the Hotel and Booking.com should really adding a Pet box to check for PET FRIENDLY HOTELS. Really disappointed.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Our stay in Chicago was very enjoyable. This was the perfect home for our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and how beautifully decorated it was with the modern touches. The bedrooms were comfortable and the garage parking was an added plus. We did not have to hassle with parking. The family room was just perfect for our evening down time. All our needs were met and we look forward to any future stays at this home. Thank you!

The hotel needs a major deep scrub and update. The lights didn't work in the room. The AC sounded like old car brakes every time it ran. The hotel smelled like Marijuana and cigarettes-yet you have to sign a paper that says you won't smoke. The carpet is so old and stained. The "kitchen" floor had slits in the laminate. The bathroom smelled like old urine. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing about the place. Phone didn't work, no breakfast. NO AMENITIES OF ANY KIND. But, I guess because of the weather, beggars can't be choosers. I can honestly say that in my 75 years, that was the worst hotel/motel I have ever experienced.

Good hotel for the price with decent staff. There were maintenance issues such as the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night one day but that's all.
