Big spacious rooms, somewhat updated and clean. Nice gym area and outdoor pool / common area was closed but looked nice for summer.
At first when I pulled in my expectations dropped and when I was directed to the motel side of the property I wasn't excited but the rooms was good and was not bothered by any noise from other guest.

Niles is a quaint little town definitely growing lots to be done in Niles. Of course it’s not hard to love, Fernwood. That place is fabulous. Also the concerts in the park, Farmer’s market the burn run the different shops downtown the many different eats. Then you have the Riverwalk with your Choice of riding bicycles or walking. And of course you got theater and brew pubs And specialty shops we can’t Leave out the water activities There’s always a lot going on ,a variety of eats all of which are equally good. When in Niles You must add a trip to Good enough pub On Thursday you gotta get those wings and you gotta meet that rocking server Danielle you won’t regret the experience.

Niles is my hometown and I enjoy returning to visit family and friends. Niles needs awesome hotels to accommodate those of us who enjoy returning to our hometown for which we love. Hoping the cleaning staff will improve on their consistency in servicing the rooms. It wasn't during my stay, unfortunately.
The manager, Christian, (I believe her name was) who was very accommodating, pleasant and so was the breakfast staff. Nanette, one of the employees, was even kind enough to fetch an umbrella from her car for me, during the rain, for me to have and use all day. I love the hotel, location and coffee available 24hrs. I do want to note again, the front desks staff were always kind & gracious.
A beautiful new property located in Niles, MI. The check in process was easy and the front desk clerk smiled and greeted me upon arrival. The room was beautifully decorated but, the bed was a little hard. The bathroom is spacious and well lit.
The pool was clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Marvelous staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the ladies who prepared the breakfast bar to the housekeeping staff. All made our stay quite enjoyable, despite the fact we were in Niles for a funeral.
Front desk day time staff was rude and not helpful. Booked for 2 beds because I was traveling with my son but we got 1 king size bed that was very hard and could sleep. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
