Lombard is a great central location to stay when visiting the near west suburbs of Chicago. It is less expensive than staying in Oak Brook, which is located next door, but very convenient to the entire area.

It's close to many establishments to fulfill an array of needs and wants. Whether it's shopping for items forgotten to pack or just finding things you like ( malls- grocery stores- Walgreens-Target). Lombard is an affordable location.
Lombard is an affordable location. I did not see any evidence of crime in the 4 days we stayed. Lots of restaurant options. Very convenient to 355. Good location for Muslim travelers because of halal restaurant options and proximity to mosques. Not a super glamorous area North road is more of a budget area that over by the Hyatt. To avoid the toll road going into Chicago, go about 6 miles East to 290. Chicago is maybe a 20 minute drive. Driving was really not bad in terms of congestion. We were there on weekdays. There is a Jewel grocery store, Aldi, and a Target nearby, and some more upscale businesses. Some of the Indian restaurants are closed on Mondays. Most restaurants, Target, and Aldi were closed when we drove in about 10:30 on Sunday night.AnneUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Lombard is a very convenient location and is a safe area in which to stay. Lots of shopping and dining nearby and easy access to expressways. Also, a first rate hospital nearby, if medical attention is needed.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. It was a positive experience. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, clean, quiet. The beds were comfortable just little on hard side for me but It was fine..they actually had a breakfast which was nice not one of those grab and go bags you usually get. Very pleased overall..this will now be our go to when we are in the area.
