It was close to the event I was traveling for and the staff was nice
Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 1.5 miles from this hotel, which features an indoor pool with a separate children's pool and free WiFi. Guests can work out in the 24-hour fitness center.
We enjoyed the overall town. We wish some things were open later as on Thursday evening nothing was open for us to grab some dinner. It was convenient to the highway and downtown Chicago which was perfect. Alot of the gas stations were dirty and not very clean.

Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.
Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown.
Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

Bensenville for me was a good distance from my event at the McCormick Place downtown Chicago. Although the shuttle at the hotel I stayed at made commuting daily to downtown easier the CTA was horrible.
If you're traveling for business and the area is close to your activities and you dont need sites, food variety, etc. then stay in Bensenville.
The Hotel is good value for money especially for families. They serve a hot breakfast every morning and coffee is available 24/7 for guests. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The room is spacious and very quiet. The main drawback is the location that is far from everything even the airport. If you rent a car it is not a big deal as parking is available on-site but without it, you would have to rely on the shuttle to get to the airport and then to downtown from the CTA. Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price.
The only reason I booked this place was for their free 24-hour airport shuttle but when I called to be picked up they said it had already stopped running for the night. They offered no alternatives and I had to pay $50 (!!!) for an uber to the hotel. The hotel was already well beyond my budget so paying an extra $50 was completely unacceptable. They have still offered me nothing in return despite trying to contact them multiple times.
We found a small roach crawling on the wall by the bed on our 2nd night. There is NO parking if you arrive at the hotel after 9pm which is a big inconvenience. The staff was NOT very friendly at all. We asked for a refill of shampoo and was given more conditioner instead. The service was not up to holiday inn standards at all.
Very nice! I was picking up my cousin who was flying into the US for the very first time and I did not want his first impression of the US to be a run down flea bag motel. The hotel was very upscale but without the upscale price tag. I appreciate that.
I loved that there were suites with 2 double beds and a couch. Many hotels don‘t offer this. We also liked the pool & hot tub, breakfast, and having shuttle service to the airport. The staff was also flexible about letting us check-in early.
The management and all of the staff were exceptional! we ennjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect balance of downtown fun in Chicago, b& having our hotel just outside of the city! I would definitely stay here again!
I was staying in this hotel 2 days, They didn’t give the payment receipt, I called and asked to send it in email more than 15 days over but they are not responding, I unable to submit for my office claim process
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were worth getting up early for. The hotel shuttle service was also great and got us to and from the airport several times with no hassle at all.
