Room was perfectly heated, comfortable, and great for working. Internet was flawless. Breakfast choice was scant. The hotel needs to upgrade the breakfast choices and provide fruit that's not overripe if they really want my repeat business. Breakfast needs to demonstrate the hotel really cares about the hospitality of their guests. Liked the breakfast buffet. Restaurant on site was closed. Pool & Hot tub were filthy. No attendant at fitness center. Leaking roof on fourth floor. Sunday nights aren't a good night to stay there. Most diners in the area are not open Sunday night.

I went to see and spend time with family.
I went to see and spend time with family. It was just as great this time as it has ever been. This is the only place we stay. Smokers are not allowed to hang out at the entrance door, so we weren't exposed to that. The pool is beautiful, and we heard children having a grand time. Breakfast was really good, better than fast food but not quite IHOP's. Also we saved money booking through booking.com. We ate at OIP, delicious!

the people are friendly even the restaurant we ate. Not much to see in the city but we enjoyed the fall season . We visited multiple waterfalls in Finger Lakes, beautiful hiking trails and went apple picking.

Sayre, Pa is a small town and there is no transportation...
Sayre, Pa is a small town and there is no transportation system in place. No buses nearby and if needing to get to a Greyhound station the closest is Troy, Pa (another small town). This area is very beautiful because of the hills and Sayre is located in the valley. For nature lovers and those who enjoy the mountains, this is a good place to be. There are several State parks her and they are worth checking out. There is a taxi service, however, I was never picked up after waiting two hours. The taxi service is not good in letting the rider know the ETA, that has to be dragged out of them. If visiting I highly recommend renting a car or drive your own vehicle here as transportation is difficult. My stay was an emergency stay and was not planned. On a good note: ELM (airport) is close by, I flew in through allegiant air and their rates a very good. Just make sure you have someone that can pick you up at the airport.

OMG! Cleanest suite hotel I've ever been in!
OMG! Cleanest suite hotel I've ever been in! Pleasantly surprised! Would not use booking.com.again. call the hotel directly cheaper. Booking.com said breakfast included, but the hotel has never served breakfast. It is pet friendly, though, if you like to listen to barking, I don't, but the desk clerk referred us to Beemans down the street to eat, it was GREAT!!!!!

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! The room was very clean. Breakfast was the typical type of hotel breakfast which is all anyone really needs, so it was nice that it was included for free. We had to grab a taxi to Tioga Downs which was $20 each way, but better than worrying about driving (we had a few beverages).
