The good: Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
The good: Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Towels were soft. Decent bed. Fast food restaurants close by. Straight down the road from the Naval base (reason for our trip). The bad: no appliances except tv. Ac was crappy. Smelled like smoke from the other rooms.

The picnic area and grills were awesome---we were outside with a bottle of wine, smoking & joking with some of the long term guests, so much fun. The people who stay here long term for work or whatever are the nicest folks. Also the front desk staff was so friendly--props to Melissa at check-in, and the young woman who worked overnight We will definitely be back

Also great for walking to Independence grove forest preserve. Room clean, pleased to have a fridge and a large comfy bed. Good shower . The breakfasts we're really good with lovely staff. Very popular with families celebrating navy graduations but usually only at weekends and even then it was quiet.
