We were in the area for a grad party. We chose to stay in Ellicottville because there were things to do in our spare time. The hotel was able to give us adjoining rooms. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The only issue with the rooms was that the AC in one room was not working and they did not have anyone to fix it . That made sleeping in one room uncomfortable.
Breakfast was free however the coffee and OJ were awful so I would recommend going into town for a good coffee
Overall we enjoyed our stay and even used the pool in the evening which was fun as we were the only ones using it.

Ellicottville was a great small town.
Ellicottville was a great small town. We came in for an event at the ski slopes, and in being a small town there were little options for late night food. So if/when we go back I will plan ahead for that.

I was disappointed in the shops on the main street; the variety is missing. I always found something different and reasonably priced when shopping in the past. Many shops are now high-end clothing stores. I also remember more dining choices.

Ellicottville was absolutely a gorgeous and scenic community in October. Its a quaint village with mostly friendly town folks, shops, restaurants and other establishments was a joy and we would have liked to have spent an additional day there. It did tend to feel a little "haughty" in some instances at some of the higher priced shops and boutiques. and some of the prices and attitudes were better suited for Aspen CO not Ellicottville NY.

This is a great town. Old world charm with modern flare. There are tons of options for dinning, sampling the local beverages, and shops of all types. There seems to be something going on almost all the time in the town so plenty of activities to take part in. Year round it is a great town.

A historic village in the WNY Southern Tier loaded with charm and friendly people. The food at the brewery was awesome as were the beers. The shops are cool and we spent some time visiting all that interested us and spent $$ on a few things that we really liked. It is walk-able which is a huge plus. It is picturesque especially in winter and I would love to see the fall foliage which was just starting to turn during this visit.
this property is beautiful and so well maintained/clean. It is only 4 minutes from downtown Ellicotville! We also loved the pool table and games in the house!
Though I had a young group with me so we did not utilize the bar, the bar area was so fun and it’s really an added bonus!
The mattress & pillows were comfortable, bedding & towels clean. It is walking distance to downtown for, shops, dinning, music & local bars. There is a pool, it was clean, I enjoyed sitting on the edge soaking my feet, but pretty cool for a swim.
Great location, able to walk through town to visit shops and restaurants
Hotel staff very helpful and friendly
Room quiet, large, very clean
Breakfast offerings catered to mainstream tastes, but fresh fruit, yogourt available
The rooms are huge, with 2 queen beds. Beds are comfi. Location is good, but any hotel in this village would have been good, as it is so small. Ellicottville is a very charming village, with lovely shops and restaurants.
The location was very convenient to the Village of Ellicottville shops, restaurants and bars (~ 7 minute slow walk) The house was a large size to accommodate a group (we had 7 with plenty of room)
The King Suite was very nice. The bed was extremely confortable and we loved the spa tub. Also the fact that this place was within walking distance from downtown was awesome!
The location was minutes away to the Ellicottville strip. The air condition was SO quiet. The cotton linens were cozy and modern. The breakfast selections were excellent.
It’s a nice place to stay when in western NY with big, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was actually quite impressive for a hotel of this style.
