The hotel and the staff were nice and friendly but the hallways and the elevators were a bit dirty. The breakfast buffet lack things depending on the hour. It was not great.
They do not clean your room just take away the trash and you have to ask for clean towels.
It was not what I expected. A bit disappointed.

Burlington is located within a half hour of most places in Boston, an hour or so from beaches in Rhode Island, or heading north, the beaches along the Massachusetts north shore. The city itself has a mall which we didn't visit, an excellent variety of eating establishments. If you like Thai food, one of the best places I've been is less than ten minutes away and is called Lana Thai. It is small, in a converted dining car with great atmosphere, and deliciously fresh food.

Pleasant town; not far from Boston.
Pleasant town; not far from Boston. It offers alternative accommodation for the visitors to Boston who would like to save on the hotel cost and at the same time enjoy the time away from the hassle of the big cities. In any way, you can be in Boston in 20 to 30 min by car.
Walking around in the mornings and evenings is also very pleasant; especially during the time of our stay (mid August) .

It is a nice town & a lot of eating options. The seafood restaurant we chose was Surf & it is highly recommended. Research Groupon first for a trolley tour, they are overpriced going through the actual venue. Be prepared to pay for parking everywhere you go in the city of Boston.

I was disappointed with the room and the hallways.
I was disappointed with the room and the hallways. The place was filthy. The couch was torn up and the cushions were covered with a white sheet to hide it. The arms of the sofa were filthy as was the stained carpet. The place smelled like wet dog. The tile grout in the bathroom was broken and the tiles were loose. The halls smelled like smoke and there were unsavory characters roaming the parking lot.
It was plenty big for a family of 4 or 5, I really liked the size, and the beds were comfortable. However, I wont stay there again.
Unbeatable price-quality ratio for relative large suits so close from boston, and with so much commerce around, not only can you drive from the hotel easily to boston even at rush hour but you can walk to nearby barnes & noble, market basket, etc etc, all accessible with large sidewalks. Friendly staff, efficient and working facilities, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary, perfect for week long stays of entire family, nice living room kitchen area separated from room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children
The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There wasn’t a hint of mold or mildew in the bathroom and the carpet and sofa were grunge free. We appreciated the clean minimalist lines in the hotel room, the separate spaces for sleeping, lounging, and eating in the studio, and the updated bathroom. All of the hotel staff were courteous and professional and the location felt safe, in addition to being convenient to restaurants and highways.
Perfect location and not far from stores. Loved that it had a separate bedroom from living room and full kitchen... we got the king room and for the price it exceeded our expectations. Staff was great and loved that it had a hot and cold complimentary breakfast in a nice clean large dining area.
Spacious room. Well appointed kitchen. Clean room and common areas. Comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was better than most. Eggs, sausage & potatoes as well as cold cereal, bagels, muffins asst'd breads, yogurt and fruit.
The hotel was close to the mall, restaurants and the highway for easy commuting to the city.
The fromt desk staff I encountered was helpful and did a great job assisting all of my questions amd requests.
1) I liked the room and kitchen. I can cook my own food in the kitchen.
2) I like the location of the hotel. We have good restaurants, mall and a big general store nearby with walkable distance.
Because I went to my hotel that was paid in full and they told me they didn’t have a room then proceeded to send 20 minutes to another hotel after waiting at first hotel for 46 minutes .
Location is good, lots of restaurants are nearby. The Bancroft is a good choice. It is also close to the Burlington Mall if you need anything. The cocktails at the hotel bar were good.
The location is convenient given its proximity to restaurants, grocery store, mall, and I-95. The staff is the shining point of the hotel itself with their pleasant demeanor.
Everything was so nice and clean. This was definitely the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff was so nice and would always greet you when you would come and go.
