The continental breakfast was very nice although there was no pancakes, fruit, or yogurt. Two of which were healthy options that were not available and that was disappointing!
We really enjoyed the pool, as it was warm and comfortable to swim in.
This Rochester hotel is across from the Greater Rochester International Airport and off of Interstate 390. It features an airport and area shuttle and rooms with free Wi-Fi.
The room was great. Spacious with a separate bedroom and enclosed toilet separate from the bathroom sink. Made the stay more enjoyable. Didn’t feel like you were in a small room with only a bed to sit on. The only disadvantage was the alarm clock radio was preset and the alarm went off at 6am. I would suggest the cleaning staff check the alarm as part of their room duties it was very disturbing to be woken up at an earlier time than we planned.

The people were very nice, but the accommodations were not.
I would not stay here again or any other Microtel hotel because of this experience.

Convenient to Rochester area if you’re driving. Easy to find a variety of dining options. The price was definitely right and the staff was very young but was very courteous and helpful which was really nice.

the room had wifi.
the room had wifi. There was no login information in the room nor was I provided any login information when I checked in. I had to call the front desk for the wifi access code.
The TV and cable worked.
The bathroom had hot water with good shower head pressure.
That about sums up the positive aspects of my stay.
The room did not have any cups/drinking glasses. I had to go back to the front desk after check in and was provided two styrofoam cups.
The carpet in the room is threadbare, separating at some seams, especially inside the door and well-stained.
The mattress pad did not properly fit and pulled off the mattress.
The fitted mattress sheet did not fit and pulled off the mattress.
The box of tissues in the bathroom was empty.
There was no bar soap in the bathroom/shower. I was lucky to have carried a bar of soap in my toiletry bag.
There was no breakfast available. My reservation clearly indicated breakfast was included

No microwave, no pool, sheets had stains, they don’t clean your room if your staying longer than 2 days, the room door don’t close behind you, you have to close your self. I think it’s prostitution or drug addicts that live here. No breakfast. Toilet making noises, shower leak, bugs,

The front desk guy took forever while he converts with another staff worker with their face mask down, some continued to walk in we we said not to coming in because we were undressed. There was weird stain in tub and roaches.
Setting room over phone threw priceline was great and easy. Getting to hotel was easy directions were clear. They allowed a later check in. And lady was great about service animals and offwred breakfast feom 6am to 8am. They had a small coffee pot stocked and a small fridge to keep things cold as well as a small safe to lock valuables in. There was even soap and shampoo with a hair dryer. A place to hang upto four items. And a desk to sit at or eat.
After finally getting a hold of the Fairfield by their local phone number I found out that I had no reservations.. no reservations for John R Smith at the Fairfield on West Henrietta road in Henrietta New York.. I ended up staying in canandaigua at a motel. My wife attempted to call the front desk of the Henrietta Fairfield 30 plus times without getting an answer. I don't know who's running that front desk but they need to be fired what
Our room was open when we got they key !! Oh no it’s Covid…had to run around hotel with front desk attendant to find a room that wasn’t so nasty. 20 min later!!! Every room was horrible I wanted a refund. but because I booked threw a third party ,they couldn’t refund me $108 later!! And dirty towels all in the hallway .
this was a very basic hotel that had seen better days - My original booking was messed up at another hotel and this was the only option left that the booking.com person could get for me on a busy weekend. I didn't feel safe and the noise was terrible.
The only thing alright was we could bring our fur babies.
The place is nasty and smells horrible. I will never stay there again.
Have made reservations for Labor Day Weekend at another hotel.
The hotel is in a great location with lots of delivery potential. The room was very comfortable, though the door did stick, and they had dressers with plugs in them. Very cool interior.
Basic but very detailed for comfort. First hotel we've stayed in that offered oatmilk along with other dairy free and gluten free choices for breakfast. Squeaky clean new bathrooms.
Very good price/value. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. All staff was helpful and polite. The hotel appears very well managed. Would definitely stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was clean, staff were really friendly/welcoming and the breakfast was delicious! Thank you for being awesome!
