Simply a nice area to stay.
Simply a nice area to stay. Close to Frankenmuth and Bronner's Christmas store. Nice outlet mall in Birch Run. Don't miss out on breakfast at Tony's. There are a lot of restaurants between Birch Run and Frankenmuth. Goal Post Pizza is the best. Right now they do not have dine-in but there is a very nice gazebo in front of the restaurant with a table and you can watch all of the locals going past. When in Frankenmuth take a break at Dead Creek Saloon just south of town on M-83. My wife and I had a great time. Remember, It is all what you make it. I say, "Make it a good time with great memories." There is a little road construction on the road to Birch Run and the outlet mall but it moves well. This hotel is clean and well-appointed with easy access to elevators and a well-lit parking lot. When I closed the black-out window shades the room was dark and quiet, an invitation to a perfect sleep. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend not getting hopes up if your looking to relax in a comfortable hot tub or refreshing dip in the pool. Good nights sleep (comfy bed, quiet hotel) with continental breakfast (plus make your own waffle/substandard recipe, no eggs or meat). The hotel room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I had no problems, issues, or concerns at this hotel, and overall I had a great stay.
