Angel Rock Waterfront Cottages, hotel in Cape Vincent

With a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Angel Rock Waterfront Cottages is set in Cape Vincent, New York and features free WiFi.

The cabin and property were SO well kept!!! Since the pandemic I have stayed in many vacation facilities and many of those being name brand chain hotels that were terrible. This property is wonderful! We flew so a little inconvenient that bath towels were not provided but we worked it out. Definitely not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this property and the entire area!

I already gave you a VERY LONG REVIEW on this place and to state it's hidden because it doesn't meet your criteria is ridiculous. My WHOLE interaction from when I booked through you was exhausting. READ MY REVIEW. I SPECIFICALLY chose a ONE FLOOR/NO STEP cottage. When I got there the cottage HAD LOTS OF STEPS. I was told IT WAS BOOKING.COM'S PROBLEM not theirs. REALLY??? I booked this to celebrate my 60th birthday with my sons. THE BEDS WERE LIKE BRICKS we could barely sleep...my son slept on the couch. Riverview LOOKING OVER THE ROOF OF THE COTTAGE BELOW US. NO PRIVACY ON DECK if people next door were out. THE MAIN THING was I was HARRASSED with constant DAILY text & emails from the minute I booked, through the stay and after til I blocked them. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY GOING THERE!!! I EXPECT A REPLY FROM YOU!

I felt out of place being an African American everyone staring at me and my wife and being quiet and keeping their distant. Made us feel so unwelcome in the whole Clayton everywhere we went even the Sunuco.

Didn't really go into Cape Vincent except to go to the Lighthouse - and it was extremely 'buggy' there - we didn't even get out of the car. Driving through Cape Vincent (early Sunday morning) it did seem like a quaint little town but we spent most of our time in Clayton and Watertown.

We went to the French Festival and enjoyed the arts and crafts and music. The streets were hard to navigate during the festival since many of them were closed off. The fireworks were first rate. I recommend staying at the Angel Rock Cottages and dining at Wise Guys. Both of these are outside of the village just a few miles.
