The Holiday Inn, Xpress need to tell travelers that if they stay more than one day, the Holiday Inn Express does not clean the room. And furthermore, in order to get towels are in the amenities, you have to explicitly ask for them. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Holiday Inn And not to clean the room daily should actually shut down the hotel. IHG has gotten away with quite a bit and they need a new CEO.

The customer service received from Sarah was great. I had two rooms and the tv didn’t work in either room, neither of us had a microwave and the hotel is VERY OUTDATED, however it was clean for the most part and the rooms were comfortable as well as the use of the jacuzzi.

The staff was friendly and really enjoyed interacting with a few of them. The were helpful when it came to finding what we needed like a restaurant or something just as simple as finding something to drink. The only part was the bathroom was kind of gross. Inside the shower there was a previous guests hair stuck to the wall. The cleanliness could be improved but overall was a great outing for me and my significant other.Walters - 10Scored 10

Great place for a quick weekend getaway. The place came with a kitchen, which was convenient and useful for cooking, and a dishwasher, which made washing dishes quick and easy. While it came with a kitchen, it did not come with the utensils we needed (like a cutting board, etc.) but overall, it was good. Bed was comfy, the place was clean, and the pool was a great touch.
