Exceptional value.
Exceptional value. The pool is amazing, loved how warm it was, always plenty of pool towels. Nice hot and cold options at the continental breakfast. Bed was super lumpy, so it wasn't the greatest sleep. Housekeeping staff were phenomenal!! Super convenient location right off of 94. Will definitely stay here again.Hough - 8.0Scored 8.0

The hotel is really a good value, It is well appointed and there are some issues with small but note worthy areas like the carpet in the elevator and my rooms bathroom fan not working. On the whole I see great customer service a friendly helpful welcoming staff (cookie police not withstanding) and hotel expeience I will be revisiting again in the future. Oh and the pass keys ( Both) didn't need to be redone the entire time we were there... I know, but those things can be annoying. Job well done folk!

They charged a pet fee when all the other La Quinta hotels...
They charged a pet fee when all the other La Quinta hotels do not.Very mad about this and it was not like I could move to another hotel.Also there was basically one area for dogs to go to the bathroom which in the summer is hard to get to when it's hot on the sidewalk for dogs feet.Good breakfast though.

They need to put a comfortable chair in room. We stayed 5 nights. They would not credit our stay to rewards system. It was because we booked through a third person contact. If you want a fun pool for children,this is the place,but not for older people. We will not stay here again,

Breakfast was good.
Breakfast was good. Ice machine was not working, due to a part broken. So I had to buy my own bag of ice. Each motel needs at least 2 ice machines (if not more) depending on number of rooms/floors. This Hampton needs to purchase a second ice machine, for if a break would happen again.

The pool was the perfect temperature, never had that before, wasn't insanely cold. The hot tub was HOT, I'm pregnant so I couldn't enjoy it to the extent I wanted but just going in with my legs was good.
