Love the antique and unique shops on Commercial in downtown Astoria. Toured the Flavel House, which I definitely recommend. Found a funky sportsbar called the MerryTime which serves giant juicy burgers. Love the sound of the seals and the maritime feel of Astoria.

Friendly town- many good food choices- excellent fresh seafood available. If you like to visit a brewery this town is for you as well... Also, fun ride to the top of the town to visit the Column... Astoria Brewery, Rogue, Fort George and Reach Breach some of our favorite stops.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was next to the river with a walking path.Every morning and evening we watched the ships come in and viewed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.Downtown Astoria was easy to walk and offered many shops and places to eat.Just a beautiful old town with stunning views.

Astoria is a busy place, lots to do.

Astoria is a busy place, lots to do. We went down to spend time with young grandchildren and took a good friend and his son. Booking.com advertises This motel at $60 a night and it was $175 a night so we could not stay as long as we would have liked. I think misrepresentation like this is a crime and I felt cheated.. The motel blamed the price change on Booking.com.

    The hotel location was super.

The hotel location was super. We were within walking distance of a few restaurants. We ate at the Bridgewater Bay Bistro only a couple of minutes walk. The fresh caught halibut was wonderfully tasty. We also ate at a local Mexican restaurant, El Tiapatio, (10-minute walk) from hotel. The restaurant was colorful and food and drinks were great. Many locals were also dining there. The riverwalk is directly in front of the hotel. There is some construction on it, so it was not as accessible as it might have been. The Trolley is running only from 1-4 pm. Museums are a 30-35 minute walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the Heritage Museum with history of Astoria.

The bed was horrible! It hurt my hips and back.

The bed was horrible! It hurt my hips and back. They need to upgrade them. Please go back to cleaning the rooms, we should not have to ask for towels and be treated like we shouldn't be asking for more, even though we're staying more than one day.

Great location only a couple of blocks to downtown. A wonderful bakery and brewery are a block away. We walked to the Astoria Column. It is only a mile but it is ascending the whole way. We very much appreciated they have a dedicated locked bike storage closet. We had just completed the Trans America route from Yorktown, VA to Astoria and it was great to know our tandem was secure. We also liked both the kitchen and common areas. Everything was really comfortable. Larry, the owner gave me rags and let me use the hose to clean my bike.

View was absolutely gorgeous (bridge and marina- upstairs room). Room was spacious and clean. Simple breakfast but enough to tide you over until brunch. We walked to the Maritime Museum and it was such a wonderful walk-both ways. This Museum is not to be missed- fantastic layout and brimming with information. We learned a lot! And there is a cute gift store with NICE things and reasonable prices. Had lunch on the way back- waterside- and it made it a perfect day. Definitely will stay here again when we pass by Astoria in the future.

Great motel, each room has a balcony overlooking the marina, bay, Meghler bridge and big ships going passing close to the motel, loved it. Even with COVID they put out a nice sack breakfast with our choice of foods, very much appreciated. Comfortable bed and we will absolutely return. This wasn't our first stay and won't be our last. Room was very comfortable and clean. Thank You Astoria Riverwalk Inn for you warm and comfortable hospotality.

Such a lovely, welcoming space! Parker Landing was the perfect place for a getaway in Astoria. We were in Stateroom #2. The property is right on the water and we loved waking up to the views. Comfortable living areas, quiet surroundings, modern appliances, and well equipped kitchen. The hosts were responsive to questions and provided a truly relaxing retreat.

Bowline is really quite special - the location and view over the river is incredible. The curation of products, food, drink and furniture is really exceptional and works oh so well in the surroundings of Astoria. The room was great and a proper treat.

Room was Clean and matched my expectations per the price, which was affordable and not overpriced like many of the other hotels in the area. The Hot water, whether tap or Shower was awesome. Overall room size met my needs for the one night I stayed.

No ac,so if the temperature is above 90, you do not want to stay here. Room is real small for $200 and there was not designated hotel parking, only street parking, no amenities like lobby coffee or a microwave to heat stuff up.
