We enjoyed a delicious and filling meal at Sickies Garage Diner near our motel. Thankfully, staff retrieved and placed in their safe the motel keys that slipped from my pocket while dining, allowing me to retrieve them with a quick return trip.

Please do your homework in the hotels you select.
Please do your homework in the hotels you select. I selected the super eight by Wyndham. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my whole life. It was just nasty smell of mold right when you walk in the door when I got to my room there was blood on the carpet holes in the bathroom wall. The shower wall was falling apart the fridge had a nasty odor there was a bar in my window to keep it closed so no one could break in because of lock and work on it and I was on the first floor. They advertised a really nice looking pool in their pictures but the pool was drained. It look like a storage closet and reading comments on this hotel the pool has been out of commission for a long time, but they still advertise it as being up and running. The staff is Indian and I had a hard time communicating with them because of their broken English. Once you check into your room, you don’t see them anymore it’s like they went home. They leave a number for you to call if you need them, and when I called it like four times, no one would answer, I can’t believe the health department hasn’t shut this place down there’s literally mold, growing inside the light fixture in my bathroom, and I kept on waking up all night scratch and thinking they were bedbugs on me. Do not go here. This place should be put out of business. Thanks, Michael Kay from Chicago.

My favourite "small town big city" So small that it's easy to get to anything within 10 minutes, so full of everything that you need, that it feels like a big city. We always feel at home in Fargo, and look forward to coming back.

Convenient to access the shopping areas we wanted.
Convenient to access the shopping areas we wanted. We were at several different retail and eating establishments and encountered very kind and pleasant serving personnel.
West Acres Mall is always a favorite of mine! There are many great shops away from the mall as well.
Suppers at: HuHot, Mangos, Crooked Pint
Afternoon coffee at: Babbs Cafe in Moorhead
Breakfast at the hotel (Country Inn & Suites) - excellent breakfast!
Did some antique hunting as well. Great finds!!

This is a great town.
This is a great town. It's small enough to cover and drive around if you have a day. It also has beautiful cobbled streets with a unique charm like your visiting a scene from the movies (Fargo). It's true. Definitely spend more time and visit the plain arts gallery, drive downtown and spend some time at the local restaurants. The food is delicious. We will definitely come back, as there is so much to do.

Fargo is a nice, University town.
Fargo is a nice, University town. The Air and Space museum was nice. Great pizza downtown at the Black Bird. I would think that if you were not part of the university, winters would be pretty long and boring.
Right from check in we were treated like gold. The check in was fast, efficient, with a warm touch. The room was beautiful. We travel a lot and it was one of the best! All requests were filled immediately. We even had checkins by Text from Greg who made sure everything was perfect. Which it was. Greg even took extra care to immediately meet a request based on medical needs.
Nothing, If you are a normal person, avoid Motel 6 South Fargo. My room had no telephone in it. The entire hotel smells like smoke. I was in a non smoking room and my bedspread and curtains on the windows all had cigarette burns on them. The bathroom fan was missing a cover. The toilet was leaking water onto the floor. This hotel is bottom of the barrel.
The free breakfast was awesome. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Right next to a restaurant with a good menu and bar. This is a very good hotel and I highly recommend The Biltmore. It offers great amenities compared to all other Fargo hotels. The staff is very polite and attentive.
It is a budget hotel and a little dated but everything is very clean and the rooms spacious. I could check in early, which was a great bonus and front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great location also, with many shopping and restaurant options nearby.
Has good parking, seems to have good facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, almost like a holiday hotel. Room is clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Good tv coverage and decent internet. Ample parking. Room was cheap for a city hotel.
An excellent hotel that creates a warm environment in the room. Wine, cheese, and charcuterie in the late afternoon were an added treat, along with chocolates after dinner. The room was decorated with original art. Nearby restaurants.
Location was great. People working there was very helpful. The room was looking much nicer than on the pictures. Facilities are new. Coffee spot is great too! Sparkling clean I would say(I am working in the hotel so I can compare).
The hotel shuttle driver was able to pick me up at the Fargo airport late at night (after 11:00 pm). I really appreciated that after a day of weather delays causing missed connections and a delayed arrival in Fargo.
We liked very little about this stay, it was probably the worst experience we have had in a hotel stay. The only good things were the staff was doing their best and the location, thats it! Will NEVER STAY AGAIN!
Good hotel to Stay in Fargo if you are on budget.
Nothing special but you get a comfortable hotel room with good secure parking.
Also very limited breakfast but if you are not picky you should be fine.
The Brewhalla was unlike any other hotel experience I have had. The food options, entertainment and comfortable room were an unbeatable combination. We had an outstanding stay!
