One of the things that we really liked about this Airbnb besides the location was the host. She has created an atmosphere that made it easy for us to unwind after a stressful work week. So for that we think her very much.

The room was clean, staff was nice, location was okay for us, it's away from restaurants and shops. We know our way around, so it was convenient for us. My only problem was the bed was too high and very lumpy. But, I sleep on the floor anyway so my problem was solved. If you have a bad hip or lower back, these beds will only aggravate the problem. They charge an extra $50 for deposit, which you get back if the room was left without damage.

The property is gorgeous! They are currently under construction but I come here quite often as it’s one of my favorite hotels to stay in!

We were looking for comfort, safety and quiet place to stay-this is the place. It's clean and simple. If you're looking for fancy, you vetter look somewhere else. If you're looking for good friendly people, this is it.

I am very unhappy with the charges.
I am very unhappy with the charges. Upon booking it was $157.00.
After the stay the charges went upto $173.00
Plus an additional $25.00
As OCCUPANT FEE!
Does ghosts get charged too?!
There is no transparency with hotel booking and charges. Nothing is revealed up front.
And, charges are added under some guise or another.
They just deepens their pocket and fleece people.
I thought I had finally found a good place but upon review of the bank statements I will continue looking for a place that meets my expectation.

Shower stall was a cheap piece of crap did not fit with the rest of the room. Coffee maker took several trys to work no breakfast ! Really shouldn't be open until lobby is completed and food is available. Bed was the best I've slept in.

Made reservations in February.
Made reservations in February. Someone at Sumner hotel accidently cancelled our reservation in June. When we arrived there on July 26th, no room available. Clerk was new so could not help us get our money back for this reservation. Left having to search for another hotel where all hotels were fully booked because of so many activities and events going on that weekend. Was very upset that the Clerk at Sumner Inn was not helpful or concerned.

Horrible horrible Motor Inn.
Horrible horrible Motor Inn. Cannot believe that this disgusting excuse for a motel is on Booking.com. It should be removed as it was by far the worst motel I have EVER stayed in over the 70 years of my life. I paid $120 to sleep in my clothes on top of a plastic poncho to avoid getting a disease. So disappointed in Booking.com.
Was eager to use the hot tub, in fact, that is why I selected this hotel. Unfortunately, a rain storm took out power the night before and didn't return for 12 hours. When we checked in we were told that the pool area was closed until the next day. Disappointing, but not hotel's fault.
Breakfast was much better than expected! The room was comfortable and clean. Location-wise, it's good because it's within a short drive to downtown Sumner and you can hop right on the highway to get other places in the area. The pizza place nearby was very nice!
My family and I had to stay at this hotel for almost a month while waiting for my house to close. Comfortable, I like the kitchenette. I would stay here again if I have to.
