Very nice people man the desk at the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. But whew, I was surprised at the condition of the hotel. The carpeting was nasty. The tiny balcony was worn and it could barely accommodate the two foldout rental company chairs on it. For the price my expectations were for a better class hotel.

Room was very comfortable.
Room was very comfortable. An area /table would have been nice for eating. While I understand that this is a non-smoking facility, a designated smoking area would have been nice rather than having to walk out to the parking lot.

Great getaway from the big city.
Great getaway from the big city. Absolutely beautiful natural features. Great local parks with amazing views. Lots to do, whether relaxing or doing a bit of retail therapy. Liv a Latte has amazing coffee and breakfast items including pastries, breakfast burritos and smoothie bowls. Maynards restaurants is a must try, whether a large meal or some pizza. The cheesy garlic bread is a must try. There are many places to choose from, everything is a short drive away.

We drove non stop from Eugene Oregon.
We drove non stop from Eugene Oregon. When we got to the hotel there was a long line of complating customer trying to check in. On the web I could not find out if we could bring our little dog. So that cost me $135 to board her. There was 2 other people who wanted to bring there dogs but didn't know there were pet friendly rooms. The hold up in checking in was there were people getting pet friendly rooms who didn't want pet friendly rooms

The town is near attractive hiking, park, and lakeshore areas. A very nice restaurant is nearby, the Yacht Club Broiler, located on the waterfront. In addition there is a new retail center across from the Kitsap Mall, also with good restaurants.

We were disappointed with the bay in Silverdale.
We were disappointed with the bay in Silverdale. It's just not pretty. Areas we also visited that were much nicer were Poulsbo and Port Townsend. The location of this hotel is at the tip of the bay, and when the tide was out, which was most of our visit, our view was a big mud field. I would recommend if you are considering this location, I would go across the bay and stay at Best Western, which is located facing the bay and not a sideways view. Also every BW room had a PATIO! We could see them across the way. Although all photos show a patio, we did NOT have a patio off our room.
We stay at this hotel every Christmas Eve. This year we needed the accessible room. It was right close to the front desk. It is the most most user friendly accessible room I have had in any hotel. Toilets a little higher, sink easy to use with a wheelchair, shower easy in with seat and bed a little lower and easy to get into. Staff was very nice and helpful. A full Christmas breakfast was offered and the chef was out in the open area to share what was offered and show the way.
The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was much larger than most standard Queen rooms, and everything was very nice and updated. Much nicer than what we usually get for our budget friendly stays. The location was great, multiple restaurants within walking distance and also a restaurant in the hotel that is open for dinner.
It was clean. Room was small but perfect for us and well furnished. Nice rv with plenty of channels. Bathroom and shower clean and nice shower head. Lobby was small but clean and nice. A bbq and tables were set up outside the entrance which made for a nice sitting area. Staff was great…friendly and helpful. Place was quiet even with a lot of guests.
Great location close to everything. Big shopping area all around. There was breakfast in the bag - appreciated - though the internet said no breakfast, but google maps mentioned it, that's how we learned about it. No street noise in the room. Room opens into the bathroom sink area, that was different, but from inside of the room it makes sense.
Unfortunately, we never made it to the Hotel, my husband and I came down with a stomach/food poisoning and cancelled. We’re waiting for a credit on on our booking. When the the time comes we will definitely stay at Best Western, that is always our first choice.
The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with quick access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and rather spacious. The staff members were very friendly and the breakfast is good with a great variety of food.
We were so pleasantly surprised how great this hotel was. The pool & hot tub were so enjoyable and the staff who helped us at check-in etc. were so friendly & helpful! Loved our stay and hope to get back!
The location was great, really close to Poulsbo and the Trails at Silverdale. The pool was amazing, I'm so glad it was open. The sauna looked nice too, it was open 24/7.
