I've been coming there for over 30yrs actually worked there in 1985. .it is getting old if we stay more than one night I get a sore back as the mattresses are well used. Also would be nice to have instructions regarding TV so we wouldn't have to have someone come fix the problems. It was very cold all night. I also find it strange that you don't recognize that I'm a returning customer.

The hotel and staff was courteous but I had a very big problem on how rooms are reserved. I could only find third party reservation sites. I made two reservations from different sites. I was told that breakfast was included. When I arrived there the hotel told it was not included. Our friends that went with us reserved directly got a better price and breakfast was included. I not a bit happy with my experience and would not go back. I don't like to be told one thing and then find out it was not true.

Layout confusing, signage inadequate, and the pool hours were atrocious (5-9 pm). What if family members wanted to swim during the day? When pool was open, the slide was not. It seemed like false advertising to offer a pool that you really couldn't use. Also, the fitness centre had no free weights. Not a great experience.

Property Description

Kingston and Area's largest conference facility. Centrally located to Toronto and Ottawa. Indoor Recreation Centre including Brand New Waterslide, 2 new saunas, new interactive splash pad, exercise centre. 251 deluxe guestrooms including 24 whirlpool rooms and Executive Class Floor. All rooms include hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and board, free local calls, voicemail, remote control cable television, data ports, high speed internet access, on demand movies and security key card access. Complimentary Outdoor Parking. JM's Restaurant and Lounge is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meeting facilities include 19 meeting rooms, over 19000 square feet of meeting space. Ballroom seats 600 for dinner, 900 lecture style.
