"Beautiful Spa Like Hotel"

This hotel was built in 2010. The first thing I noticed was the spacious lobby, breakfast area and lounge. The carpet selections are gorgeous with teals and browns and are very high end. This hotel is the only Green LEED Certified hotel in the region, and it is extremely clean. Indoor pool and whirlpool. Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch for an additional cost. Monday to Thursday evening managers receptoin with free beer/wine on Wednesday nights. The guest rooms are beautifully appointed and fresh with white linens, refrigerator, microwave, nice accessories and granit counter top in the bathroom. Meeting/banquet space can accommodate up to 180 people for a banquet. Pre-function area adjacent to the meeting room, and a smaller meeting room which can be used for buffets or small meetings. Great area near Charlotte Motor Speedway and I-85. Concord Mills Outlet Mall is just down the street, with many shopping and dining options within walking distance and just a short drive away.

We experienced an issue during this stay. David at the front desk was so professional and tried everything he knew to try to accommodate us. Talked to Melissa Ewert (GM). Melissa was very accommodating and we were able to work out a resolution. She was very apologetic. She is a great asset to the hotel. Overall we gave a 4/5 rating as we feel things may be encountered but it's how you try to resolve the issue that is important. We look forward to staying at this hotel again.
