We arrived at the Four Seasons Resort and right away the staff was super attentive. The first impression was the receptionist checking us in. He was soft spoken in a charming and welcoming way, he showed us a scenic path to walk while our room was prepared. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bell/valet service was one of a kind! We missed the shuttle bus and somehow when the bus arrived, the staff noticed we didn't get off. He sent a private car down to pick us up so we wouldn't have to wait for the next bus. WOW! All in all, it was the best hotel experience we've had. Highly recommend this resort due to the customer service!
