CotaiExpo™ exhibition ares is 75,000sqm in size and can be divided into six halls, providing enough space to stage the large scale exhibitions and events. The exhibition space of CotaiExpo occupies two floors and the three adjacent halls on each floor can be combined to create the right size and ambience for exhibitions. We provide exhibition organisers with all supporting services under one roof, to make each and every exhibition, an operational success.Our range of services covers:•Technical Service - A stable and reliable source of air-conditioning, hall lighting and power (electrical) to the exhibition halls and all the stands (booths) are the backbone of any exhibition. CotaiExpo™ will supply the power from the electrical mains in the licensed area to the organiser’s appointed licensed electrical contractor. The contractor will be responsible for electrical installation work inside the exhibition stands.•Rigging Services which are required for the hanging of trusses for lighting and AV equipment, as well as the hanging of banners is provided by the Centre's technical team. To ensure absolute safety in hanging any overhead structures, CotaiExpo has both the high-reach equipment and staff trained in rigging duties.•Water Supply & Compressed Air are available upon request.•AV, Lighting & ICT Services - CotaiExpo has invested in both digital and analog infrastructure networks as well as high-end equipment to provide world class and high fidelity audio and visual connectivity as well as all kinds of information, data communication including telephony and facsimile, high-speed wireless Internet and LAN services to event organisers in the exhibition halls and meeting rooms. CotaiExpo can provide audio, video, lighting and ICT support for a whole array of different types of events.•Logistics and Cleaning Services - CotaiExpo has an experienced Logistics team to assist all appointed freight forwarders and stand-builders for all on-site freight handling activities and stand materials. Our Logistics Team has a wide range of material-handling equipment for rental such as fork-lifts, pallet jacks, “cherry-picker”, etc. We also provide on-site storage facilities and traffic management procedures to ensure safe truck movements in and out of the premises. CotaiExpo provides a full range of cleaning services in the exhibition halls, exhibition booths, ballroom and meeting rooms. Our team of professionally-trained staff will ensure that your exhibition will always be kept clean for the comfort and safety of you, your exhibitors and visitors.•Food & Beverage Service - We will operate concession stands within the exhibition hall to provide food and drinks to visitors to your exhibition.
